Session Details
• Dates: March 28 and March 29
• Time: 10:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. (pre-scheduled time slots)
• Session Length: Approximately 20 minutes per mini session
• Location: 1753 Glenwood Dr, Scotts Valley, California
• Setting: Outdoor nature / redwood forest backdrop
• Price: 150 dollars session fee plus a 10 dollar processing fee (total 160 dollars)
Images: We will take no fewer than 10 photographs during your session.
• Selection: You will receive an online viewing gallery to choose your favorite 3 images, which will be delivered as fully edited, high-resolution digital files.
• Additional Images: Extra images or upgrades (if offered) may be available for purchase separately.
General Policies
• Mini sessions are booked back-to-back, so it is important that you arrive 15 minutes early and ready to begin at your scheduled start time.
• These sessions are designed for short, focused shooting windows; they are best suited for individuals, couples, and small families who can arrive promptly and follow simple posing and direction.
• The photographer will choose the specific shooting spots at the location based on light, safety, and conditions on the day of the session.
Late Arrival & No-Show Policy
• Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for parking and walking to the meeting spot.
• If you arrive late, your session time will be shortened and will still end at the originally scheduled end time. No extra time will be added.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late and we are unable to complete the session, this will be treated as a no-show and the session fee/retainer will be forfeited.
• No-shows (not arriving and not communicating) forfeit the session and all amounts paid.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
• Because mini sessions are limited and time-specific, all retainers/session fees are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling to a different mini session day or time is not guaranteed and depends on availability.
• If you cannot attend, you may transfer your session to another person (friend or family member) who can use the same date, time, and location, provided you notify the photographer in advance.
Weather & Outdoor Conditions
• This is an outdoor session in a natural/redwood setting. Ground may be uneven, and weather, light, and foliage may vary.
• In the event of heavy rain, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances that make it impossible or unsafe to shoot, the photographer may reschedule the session or offer an alternative solution.
• If the photographer must cancel or reschedule due to weather or emergency, you will be offered a new date/time. If no alternate time works, your payment may be credited toward a future session at the photographer’s discretion.
Children, Safety & Conduct
• Please supervise children at all times. This is an outdoor, natural environment, and clients are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their children.
• Clients agree to follow any instructions regarding safe areas to stand or walk and to respect the property and surrounding environment.
• The photographer reserves the right to end the session early if unsafe behavior, refusal to follow safety instructions, or disrespectful conduct occurs.
Image Style & Delivery
• The photographer will select and edit the best images from your session according to their artistic style. Raw/unedited files are not provided.
• You will receive an online viewing gallery to select your 3 included images. Instructions for selecting and downloading your final images will be provided.
• Editing includes standard color correction, exposure, and basic retouching at the photographer’s discretion. Extensive retouching or special requests may incur an additional fee.
Liability & Permission
• By booking and participating in this mini session, you acknowledge that outdoor photography involves inherent risks (such as uneven terrain, insects, weather changes, etc.) and agree to assume responsibility for yourself and any minors in your care.
• The photographer is not liable for injuries, property damage, or loss that may occur before, during, or after the session, except in cases of gross negligence.
• Unless you request otherwise in writing, you grant the photographer permission to use selected images from your session for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes (no sale of images to third parties without additional consent). If you prefer your images to remain private, please indicate that clearly on your form.
