Tuesday Headshot Photography Session Agreement

This Agreement is entered into by and between the undersigned Client and Mike Ross / Mike Ross Photography LLC for a headshot photography session at his home studio.

• This session is offered at a promotional rate of $200 (and a $10 processing fee), which includes all services and deliverables described in this Agreement. This promotional price is available exclusively for bookings made as part of the “Tuesday Headshot Promotion”.

1. Session Details

• Location: 1753 Glenwood Drive Scotts Valley California 95066

Session Includes:

• 30-minute session (15 minutes shooting, 15 minutes image review)

• One (1) final headshot with basic skin retouching

• One (1) wardrobe change (shirt or jacket)

• Professional lighting and equipment

• Session Fee: $210 ($10 processing fee)

2. Add-On Options

• Email Proofs: $50 (Receive all proof shots via email to select your favorite at your convenience and to add 15 minutes of shooting)

• Additional Headshot: $50 each (Includes standard retouching)

• High-End Skin Retouching: $50 per image

3. Payment & Delivery

• Payment is due in full at the time of booking.

• Final retouched image(s) delivered within 48 hours after selection.

• Add-on fees are due upon selection of additional services.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and ready for your session. Sessions are not prolonged for late arrivals.

• Bring up to one change of shirt or jacket.

• Watch the informational video provided prior to the session.

5. Liability Waiver

• The Client acknowledges that the session will take place in a home studio environment with professional lighting equipment and C-stands, which may present trip hazards.

• The Client agrees to exercise caution and follow all safety instructions provided by the Photographer.

• The Client releases and holds harmless the Photographer and studio from any liability, claims, or damages arising from any injury or accident that may occur during the session, except in cases of willful misconduct.

6. Model Release

• The Client grants the Photographer the right to use images from the session for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the session.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• All payments made for this promotional session are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation by the Client for any reason, no refund will be issued for any fees or payments made prior the cancellation date.

• If the client wishes to reschedule their session, a rescheduling fee of $100 will apply.  Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the originally scheduled session. The new session date is subject to availability by the booking platform and / or Photographer.

8. Copyright

• The Photographer retains copyright to all images.

• The Client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal and professional use of the delivered headshot(s).

9. Miscellaneous

• This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.

• Any changes must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
